Compassionate, reliable individuals are needed for the position of Home Care Aide. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals with Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) or those transitioning from nursing home care, helping them build the skills they need to live independently in their homes and communities.

Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available, and no prior experience is required. Ongoing training and professional development will be provided to ensure you have the tools and knowledge needed to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with various tasks to foster independence, including helping with bill payment, organizing schedules, and performing light household chores.
• Support clients in participating in exercises and activities that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with clients to work on personalized goals outlined in their care plans.
• Provide encouragement and guidance as clients develop skills to manage daily life and live more independently.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with clients, offering emotional support and companionship.
